• Hopefully, all unit member have been able to complete the goals and objectives within the number of contract days without agreeing to an extension.
• There is to be a pre-observation meeting within 5 days of the observation, then the observation with a duration of at least 30 minutes, then a scheduled post-observation meeting that only takes place after the teacher has had an opportunity to complete the reflection page which is filled out after the observed lesson. (There is even a note on the top of the reflections page to this effect.)
• In addition, unit members are to receive a written Formal Classroom Observation report within 5 days of the scheduled post observation meeting.
• I t is just never a good idea to sign legal documents that have been written in pencil and especially when no copy is given to them.
